Our full-service job shop is equipped with 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC machines for handling a wide range of precision machining operations. From cutting as well as threading to drilling and tapping, we specialize in handling diverse machining processes. Materials processed include alloy steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel. CNC turning equipment at our machine shop is capable of machining cylindrical components with diameters up to 16”. These CNC lathes are capable of handling machining operations such as contour turning, tapering, and form turning. The live tooling capability of our CNC lathes allows us to turnaround jobs within short timeframes.
Our CNC milling machines include both vertical and horizontal mills. Vertical milling machines at our facility enable us to machine complex parts with multiple holes, faces, and cavities. These high-speed milling machines, outfitted with 6,000 to 12,000 rpm spindles, facilitate fast throughput for simple and complex machining jobs.
Aircraft parts, engine components, fasteners, and bushings are typical precision-machined components that we manufacture. Our extensive CNC machines combined with in-house CAD designing and CAM programming capabilities enable us to take your project from concept through completion. Whitewater Manufacturing maintains a real-time information system to report project status to customers.
