Whitewater Manufacturing assists our customers in finishing custom components through our experienced list of vendors providing man finishes including electroplating and electroless plating processes. Including custom plating solutions to meet the protective or decorative finishing requirements of customers from aerospace, agricultural, and military sectors. Our finishing services comply with Mil-Spec and OEM specifications. Prior to plating, our vendors clean the components thoroughly to remove surface debris and other impurities through acid rinsing, solvent degreasing, and ultrasonic cleaning.

Our custom plated parts are available in black chromium, bright nickel, copper, and cadmium finishes. Whitewater Manufacturing makes optimal use of the many methods available to us through our vendors selective plating processes. Aircraft parts, engine components, shafts, and spacers are typical custom plated parts. The various plating lines are equipped with rack and barrel tanks to meet your high-volume finishing requirements.

Many plating lines can handle parts up to 6’ in length, 6’ in width, and 6’ in height. Computer controls and robotic part handling capabilities enable us to offer fast turnarounds. In addition to plating, Whitewater Manufacturing’s Vendors offer finished parts through polishing, anodizing, and powder coating. The extensive postplate processing capabilities enable us to provide plated parts with smooth, rough, or flat surface finishes to our customer’s specification.
